I have seen a lot of bull in recent times but surely, this one would stand as one of the worst I have seen. Nothing prepared me for the shock I got when, while scouting for news, I came across this. Now the Wef wants our children in their sinister scheme which they christened the Great Reset. Just like they always do, the forum published an article where a scientist in their fold explained the reasons they claim are solid as to why kids must have microchips in them. The author of the article said that though the issue of microchipping kids would be a highly contested one because of ethical reasons, there was cause to believe that the microchips would help the kids, especially those who had behavioral abnormalities like attention deficit disorder. The scientist claimed that in the case of a kid with attention deficit disorder, the parents might need to microchip them to augment their children's reality and help them in places such as the classroom. Though the scientist included that it would be better to use smart tech rather than outright implants on such children so they can take their reality dampening impediments off when they need to. In the article's words, "Many children with attention deficit struggle in school. In the best case, they get special education services or classroom accommodations. However, with extra visual and audio guidance that blocks off excess stimuli, an otherwise-enabled child can cope with a standard school environment. And when class is over, and playtime begins, they can just take the aids off.” I will have to hand it to those guys at the Wef, they are sure cunning. Maybe even more cunning than Trudeau himself, their foremost puppet. You might be asking why, well here's why I think so. They are playing a game of psychology here as we can see from the way they approached the topic. The scientist admitted that it would be controversial to do so but went ahead to make it look like they plan on using it to correct the behavioral abnormalities in children with attention deficit disorder and dyslexia. The plan is to make this appealing to parents by positioning the discourse in a way that would seem to help their kids lead better lives. And this is why this organization is a dangerous one. Complaints have been coming in from the province of Sask and these complaints have been laid by farmers who say that agents belonging to Trudeau's government trespasses on their farmlands in their quest for nitrogen. The farmers say that these federal agents turn up in clearly marked government of Canada vehicles and enter their farmlands to test nitrogen content. No plea to the farmers to allow them to test for nitrogen on their lands, they just walk in there. This has infuriated Sask minister, Jeremy Cockrill, who has seen most, if not all of these complaints, so much that he has given public notice to what was happening in Sask. In a letter that he posted along with a caption on Twitter, he appeared to threaten Trudeau's federal agents whom he claimed were unlawfully trespassing on private lands. The farmers had stated that the federal agents didn't see a need to ask them for permission before waltzing into their lands with their equipment. Cockrill also mentioned that what Trudeau's agents were doing was a clear transgression of the Sask Trespass to Property Act. And breaking the rules of the Act could cause the defaulting individuals involved to part with up to 200,000 dollars and give up six months of their freedom locked up in prison. With the public letter, the Sask government is making it clear to Trudeau's government that they were not welcome to test for nitrogen or any other gas on private lands, not without permission from the landowners. This is another showing from the Sask government that they do not conform to Trudeau's policy targeting farmers in the country. As one of the prairie provinces in the country, Sask farmers grow a large percentage of what the country eats. But with Trudeau's policy, they fear that their farms and yields would be greatly affected if the prime minister is allowed to have his way. Hence, all three premiers of the prairie provinces came out to jointly condemn Trudeau's policy. But with what is happening in Sask at the moment, it seems like Trudeau didn't care much for what they had to say and has, instead, gone ahead to follow through with his plan. Judicial Watch, an organization that promotes government transparency and accountability, obtained reports from Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine trial on animals.

During the study, female rats were given human doses or 100 micrograms of the mRNA vaccine—two before and two during pregnancy.

The test results show that about 4 percent of their offspring had statistically significant skeletal malformations, specifically abnormally wavy ribs.

Στο Βήμα της Βουλής ανέβηκε ο Αλέξης Τσίπρας ο οποίος ζήτησε από τον Κυριάκο Μητσοτάκη να απαντήσει για ποιο λόγο παρακολουθούσαν τον ευρωβουλευτή Νίκου Ανδρουλάκη.

Στην αρχή έθεσε ρητορικό ερώτημα αν ο κύριος Ανδρουλάκης αποτελεί εθνικό κίνδυνο ή είναι κατάσκοπος ξένων δυνάμεων και μετά σταμάτησε την αγόρευση του και ζήτησε να του απαντήσει άμεσα ο Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης δείχνοντας τον με το δάχτυλο.

The Other Shoe Drops: Blackstone Landlord Halts Home Purchases In 38 Cities As Market Crashes

One month after we reported that home prices finally dropped for the first time in year, an observation echoed yesterday by Black Knight which also found that home prices had fallen for the first time in 3 years last month – in the biggest decline since 2011 – we knew the other shoe in the ongoing housing crash was set to drop any minute.

We didn’t have long to wait, because just after the close today, all those who had defended housing as backstopped by Wall Street’s biggest firms and thus unlikely to crash, were suddenly silenced when Bloomberg reported that Home Partners of America, the single-family landlord owned by Blackstone, the largest residential and commercial landlord in the US, will stop buying homes in 38 US cities, becoming the latest institutional investor to back away from an overheated housing market.

The company, which was acquired by Blackstone in June 2021 for $6 billion, told customers that as of Sept. 1, it is pausing applications and property submissions in Boise, Idaho; Fresno, California; Memphis, Tennessee, and 25 other areas. The company will go on hiatus in 10 additional cities on Oct. 1 (incidentally, Boise, ID is the city which saw explosive price increases during the covid pandemic, and has since then seen an unprecedented plunge with Redfin reporting that a record 70% of home sellers had dropped their asking price in July).

“We assessed several factors such as home price appreciation, state and local regulations and market demand to guide our investment plans to best serve consumers,” Home Partners of America said in an announcement on its website. “We hope to resume purchasing homes in these markets in the future.”

According to Bloomberg, Home Partners of America, which operates in more than 80 markets, stands out from other large single-family landlords because it’s designed to give tenants a pathway to homeownership. Customers apply for the program and, if approved, can submit homes they would like to eventually buy. Home Partners purchases the property in cash, then rents it to the customer, who gets the right to purchase the home at a predetermined price.

Under the new policy, customers who have been approved but don’t submit a home by the cutoff date will be withdrawn from the program and have their application fee refunded, according to the announcement.

Home Partners isn’t the first Wall Street institutional investor to back away from the US housing market, which reached a frenzied bubble during the first half of the year, a bubble which has since popped with both new and existing home sales collapsing at near-record rates. As we reported last month, Invitation Homes, American Homes 4 Rent, and KKR’s My Community Homes are among landlords that have slowed purchases during a period of high home prices and rising financing costs.

Mynd Management, a real estate platform that helps investors find, buy, lease, manage, and sell residential investment properties, advised institutional clients to dial back acquisitions and wait for housing prices to readjust to the interest rate shock. In an interview, Mynd’s CEO Doug Brien told Bloomberg that market conditions could improve in the fall as “buying opportunities” emerge. He said, for the time being, “let’s tap the brakes and watch the markets.”

Only instead of tapping the brakes, they were slammed full force…
