Canada’s Radical Supreme Court
The activist court fundamentally changing the country
The Canada of today is radically different from one generation ago. Drive through any small town and you’ll come across a cannabis store. Visit a big city and you will find homelessness and rampant drug problems, along with safe injection sites. Turn on the news and you will hear about multiple violent crimes each night. Homosexual pride flags fly from nearly every government and public building. And perhaps the most shocking, someone in your family ended his or her own life at the hands of a doctor. This is hardly the country it was just a short few years ago.
A common thread joins all the changes listed above: All were instigated by the Supreme Court of Canada. Elected officials that Canadians voted for did not enact these changes. A group of nine unelected judges willed into law these massive social changes that have swept the country. Tristan Hopper at the National Post wrote: “Canada’s top court has been on an activist streak that has begun to profoundly affect Canadian daily life.”
One of the most underreported aspects is that all of these major constitutional decisions have all been slanted to one side of the ideological spectrum. This has been a significant force pushing all of Canada to lean radically left.
It is important to understand how the most powerful judicial institution in the country came to be this way, and what that means for the fate of Canada.
Laurentian Elite Alliance
Canada operates under the Westminster system of parliamentary democracy, yet the Canadian Constitution was an attempt to amalgamate the best of the English and American models. The big turning point in Canadian law came when Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau repatriated the Constitution from Great Britain in 1982. Canada had to that point operated under the principle of parliamentary supremacy, in which whatever Parliament decided was law. Trudeau introduced the concept of judicial supremacy, which was a high court having final say over the law.
Trudeau battled with the provincial premiers for days, mainly over this principle. Eventually a compromise was reached: Trudeau would get his Charter of Rights and Freedoms, while the provinces got their “notwithstanding clause” that allowed them to legally override a judicial ruling. The federal government has the same power. On paper it seemed to work, but in practice is has proved to be a trap.
Supreme Court justices are appointed by the prime minister and stay in office until age 75. The legislature has no power to revoke a nomination. This automatically lends itself to the executive power building a coalition of judges in ideological alignment through appointment. The Supreme Court has no democratic oversight.
This issue has been exacerbated since Canada has had virtually no political course correction since 1967. Starting with Pierre Trudeau, the federal government has traveled in the same far-left direction, whether Liberal of Conservative. The only exception was Stephen Harper, but by that time the court was entrenched as an ally of the liberal Laurentian elite who make up the political class in Canada. Whether politician or judge, most come from the same schools in Ontario and Quebec. The liberal Laurentian alliance between the federal government and Supreme Court has been a potent vehicle for change

Due to the pandemic, State agencies are engaged in psychological warfare of the mind, trying to shape the way people think and eliminate any documented opinion that opposes the main narrative.
Doctors and scientists gathered in Stockholm the capital of Sweden for a conference on "Lessons and Implications of Pandemic Strategies" on January 21 and 22, 2023.
The purpose of the conference was to analyze the lessons and consequences based on the management of the pandemic of coronavirus from a broader perspective.
Several prominent doctors, pathologists and medical researchers from nine countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom and several European countries, lectured on the covid-19 pandemic and vaccine from different perspectives.
The experts included Dr. Aseem Malhotra , Dr. Robert Malone , Dr. Pierre Kory , Dr. Jessica Rose, Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche, Dr. Ryan Cole , Dr. Richard Urso and many others…
The conference was organized by Läkaruppropet a movement started by three Swedish doctors in March 2021 with a focus on focused protection against the coronavirus, to remove restrictions and against vaccine certificates.
The conference room was packed with about 1,000 people scientists from Sweden and all over the world but apparently this event... was not shown in the major media... completely ignored.
Psychological warfare
State agencies in the wake of the pandemic are engaging in psychological warfare of the mind, trying to shape people's thinking and eliminate any evidenced opinion that opposes the master narrative.
And we've seen exactly that happen in recent years. Professor Arne Burkhardt gave a very special lecture.
It turns out that spike proteins are found throughout the body, including reproductive organs such as the testes and ovaries.
Professor Arne Burkhardt even went so far as to advise women who want children to find an unvaccinated man.
Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche, presented a study that reported that the unvaccinated are the ones who are better protected from Covid.
The message was clear from the doctors, the unvaccinated are the ones who will do better.
One thing that was discussed a lot was concerns about the future of humanity and how mRNA vaccines affect fertility.
We have seen dramatic declines in birth rates while excess mortality is recorded.
Jesica Rose gave a very informative lecture on lipid nanoparticles in mRNA vaccines.
These particles that have the role of delivering the mRNA code to the cells of the body show a big problem. Turns out they flood the body and don't stay at the injection site.

Γιατροί και επιστήμονες συγκεντρώθηκαν στη Στοκχόλμη την πρωτεύουσα της Σουηδίας σε ένα συνέδριο με θέμα «Μαθήματα και Συνέπειες Στρατηγικών για την Πανδημία» στις 21 και 22 Ιανουαρίου 2023.
Ο σκοπός του συνεδρίου ήταν να αναλυθούν τα διδάγματα και οι συνέπειες που βασίζονται στη διαχείριση της πανδημίας του κορωνοϊού από μια ευρύτερη προοπτική.
Αρκετοί εξέχοντες γιατροί, παθολόγοι και ιατροί ερευνητές από εννέα χώρες, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών, του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου και πολλών ευρωπαϊκών χωρών, έδωσαν διαλέξεις για την πανδημία και το εμβόλιο covid-19 από διαφορετικές οπτικές γωνίες.

Το συνέδριο οργανώθηκε από το Läkaruppropet μια κίνηση που ξεκίνησε από τρεις Σουηδούς γιατρούς τον Μάρτιο του 2021 με επίκεντρο την εστιασμένη προστασία στον κορωνοϊό, για κατάργηση των περιορισμών και κατά των πιστοποιητικών εμβολίων.
Η αίθουσα συνεδριάσεων ήταν κατάμεστη με περίπου 1.000 άτομα επιστήμονες από την Σουηδία και όλο τον κόσμο αλλά προφανώς το γεγονός αυτό… δεν παρουσιάστηκε στα μεγάλα μέσα ενημέρωσης…αγνοήθηκε εντελώς.
Ο ψυχολογικός πόλεμος
Οι κρατικοί φορείς με αφορμή την πανδημία, επιδίδονται στον ψυχολογικό πόλεμο του νου, προσπαθώντας να διαμορφώσουν τον τρόπο σκέψης των ανθρώπων και να εξαφανίσουν κάθε τεκμηριωμένη άποψη που εναντιώνεται στο βασικό αφήγημα.
Και έχουμε δει ακριβώς αυτό να συμβαίνει τα τελευταία χρόνια. Ο καθηγητής Arne Burkhardt έδωσε μια πολύ ξεχωριστή διάλεξη.
Αποδεικνύεται ότι οι πρωτεΐνες ακίδας βρίσκονται σε όλο το σώμα, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των αναπαραγωγικών οργάνων όπως οι όρχεις και οι ωοθήκες.
Ο καθηγητής Arne Burkhardt έφτασε μάλιστα στο σημείο να συμβουλεύει τις γυναίκες που θέλουν παιδιά, ότι πρέπει να βρουν έναν ανεμβολίαστο άνδρα.
Ο Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche, παρουσίασε μελέτη που ανέφερε ότι οι ανεμβολίαστοι είναι αυτοί που προστατεύονται καλύτερα από τον Covid.
Το μήνυμα ήταν ξεκάθαρο από τους γιατρούς, οι ανεμβολίαστοι είναι αυτοί που θα πάνε καλύτερα.
Ένα πράγμα για το οποίο συζητήθηκε πολύ ήταν οι ανησυχίες για το μέλλον της ανθρωπότητας και πώς τα εμβόλια mRNA επηρεάζουν τη γονιμότητα.
Έχουμε δει δραματικές μειώσεις στα ποσοστά γεννήσεων ενώ καταγράφεται και υπερβολική θνησιμότητα.
Η Jesica Rose πραγματοποίησε μια πολύ κατατοπιστική διάλεξη σχετικά με τα νανοσωματίδια λιπιδίων στα εμβόλια mRNA.
Αυτά τα σωματίδια που έχουν ρόλο να παραδώσουν τον κώδικα mRNA στα κύτταρα του σώματος δείχνουν μεγάλο πρόβλημα. Αποδεικνύεται ότι πλημμυρίζουν το σώμα και δεν μένουν στο σημείο της ένεσης.
