«Εγκεφαλικό» σε ΗΠΑ και G7: Ο ΟΠΕΚ μείωσε αντί να αυξήσει την παραγωγή πετρελαίου – Ξεκινά ράλι της τιμής του

Είχαν απαιτήσει να αυξηθεί η παραγωγή για να τιμωρήσουν την Ρωσία και να πέσουν οι τιμές - Τους γύρισε «μπούμερανγκ» η κίνηση

Σε μία κίνηση που θα μπορούσε να χαρακτηριστεί και ως «εκδίκηση κατά των αποικιοκρατών» ο Οργανισμός Πετρελαιο-εξαγωγικών Κρατών και οι σύμμαχοί του (ΟΠΕΚ+), όπως μετέδωσε πρώτο στην Ελλάδα ενωρίς το απόγευμα το pronews.gr, αποφάσισαν σήμερα μια μείωση της παραγωγής πετρελαίου από τον Οκτώβριο, κατά 100.000 βαρέλια ημερησίως, προκαλώντας νευρική κρίση στο γκρουπ των G7 που είχαν ζητήσει αύξηση της παραγωγής για να στηρίξουν την απόφαση του πλαφόν στις τιμές του ρωσικού πετρελαίου.

Με ηγέτες χώρες, όπως η Σαουδική Αραβία, η Βενεζουέλα, η Ινδονησία κλπ. ο ΟΠΕΚ+ αποφάσισε την μείωση της παραγωγής προκειμένου να στηρίξουν την Ρωσία που συμμετέχει στις χώρες της ομάδας «+»!

Συγκεκριμένα οι εκπρόσωποι των 13 μελών του ΟΠΕΚ, με επικεφαλής τη Σαουδική Αραβία, και των 10 συμμάχων τους (με ηγέτιδα δύναμη τη Ρωσία) συμφώνησαν να μειώσουν την παραγωγή στα επίπεδα του Αυγούστου, δηλαδή 100.000 λιγότερα βαρέλια ημερησίως σε σύγκριση με αυτόν τον μήνα, ανακοίνωσε ο Οργανισμός με έδρα τη Βιέννη.

Ο ΟΠΕΚ+, που συνεδρίασε μέσω τηλεδιάσκεψης, άφησε ανοικτό το ενδεχόμενο για νέες διαβουλεύσεις πριν από την επόμενη προγραμματισμένη συνεδρίαση στις 5 Οκτωβρίου, «για να ανταποκριθεί, εάν χρειαστεί, στις εξελίξεις της αγοράς».

Η τιμή του μαύρου χρυσού έχει υποχωρήσει τις τελευταίες εβδομάδες, μακριά από τα υψηλά του περασμένου Μαρτίου, αλλά πλέον είναι πιθανό να φτάσει και τα 170 δολάρια το βαρέλι!

Δεδομένης της εξέλιξης αυτής, η τιμή του πετρελαίου κινείται σε ανοδικά επίπεδα τη Δευτέρα (5/9), εν αντιθέσει με το κλίμα που επικρατούσε τις προηγούμενες ημέρες.

Στον απόηχο της ανακοίνωσης του ΟΠΕΚ+, οι τιμές του αργού ενισχύθηκαν. Πιο συγκεκριμένα και λίγο μετά τις 21:00 της 5ης Σεπτεμβρίου, η τιμή του brent έπαιρνε αύξηση 1,96%, στα 94,847 δολάρια το βαρέλι, ενώ αντίστοιχα του crude oil η ποσοστιαία αύξηση έφτανε το 1,99%, στα 88,595 δολάρια το βαρέλι.

«Αυτή η απόφαση δείχνει ότι είμαστε έτοιμοι να χρησιμοποιήσουμε όλα τα εργαλεία που έχουμε στη διάθεσή μας», σχολίασε ο υπουργός Ενέργειας της Σαουδικής Αραβίας, Αμπντουλαζίζ μπιν Σαλμάν, σε συνέντευξη που παραχώρησε στο οικονομικό πρακτορείο Bloomberg. Παράλληλα, διαβεβαίωσε ότι ο ΟΠΕΚ+ θα βρίσκεται σε εγρήγορση, προκειμένου να διαφυλάξει τη σταθερότητα στην αγορά.

Στις ΗΠΑ έχουν πάθει «εγκεφαλικό» και ψελλίζουν ότι «η προσφορά ενέργειας θα πρέπει να αντιστοιχεί στη ζήτηση», καθώς δεν μπορούν να πιστέψουν ότι «τους έγραψαν» όλες οι πετρελαιοπαραγωγές χώρες και προχωρούν στην μείωση της παραγωγής.

«Ο πρόεδρος (Τζο Μπάιντεν) ήταν σαφής ότι η προσφορά πρέπει να αντιστοιχεί στη ζήτηση, ώστε να στηριχθεί η οικονομική ανάπτυξη και να πέσουν οι τιμές για τους καταναλωτές στην Αμερική και σε όλον τον κόσμο» ανέφερε σε ανακοίνωσή της η εκπρόσωπος του Λευκού Οίκου, Καρίν Ζαν-Πιερ.

Η Ουάσιγκτον είχε απαιτήσει από τις 13 χώρες του Οργανισμού Πετρελαιοεξαγωγικών Κρατών και τους 10 συμμάχους του, που απαρτίζουν τον ΟΠΕΚ+, να αυξήσουν την παραγωγή για να αντισταθμίσουν την παύση των ρωσικών εξαγωγών πετρελαίου στις χώρες της ΕΕ που επιβλήθηκε μετά το πλαφόν των G7, αλλά αυτές έκαναν το αντίθετο!

Στην ανακοίνωσή της, η εκπρόσωπος υπενθυμίζει ότι «ο Λευκός Οίκος πήρε την ιστορική απόφαση να χρησιμοποιήσει τα στρατηγικά αποθέματα αλλά και την απόφαση, σε συνεργασία με τους συμμάχους, να τεθεί πλαφόν στην τιμή του ρωσικού πετρελαίου, για να διασφαλιστεί η διατήρηση της παγκόσμιας προσφοράς. Ζητούμε από τον ΟΠΕΚ να αυξήσει άμεσα την παραγωγή»! Μάταια…

Η Καρίν Ζαν-Πιερ υπογραμμίζει επίσης ότι οι ΗΠΑ αύξησαν τη δική τους παραγωγή πετρελαίου κατά μισό εκατομμύριο βαρέλια ημερησίως από τις αρχές του έτους.

Apparently, it took the Trudeau Liberal government two minutes to invoke the Emergency Act and two months just to get started on the inquiry. And now, it would be interesting to know that Hearings into Justin Trudeau's invocation of the Emergencies Act have been postponed by nearly four weeks as Commissioner Paul Rouleau undergoes an unplanned surgery and also a sudden hidden illness. You know, I wouldn't want to presume that Justin Trudeau and the rest of his Liberal gang are up to one of their funny and mischievous ways of frustrating the law and justice again, but I can definitely bet this sure smells like bullshit. And if you are thinking the same? Well, I can bet you're most likely guessing right. So let's get this straight. Apparently, the entire inquiry is going to be delayed because one person is having an undisclosed illness that seems to have developed so fast overnight and suddenly needs surgery. And there isn't anyone who can fill in for the commissioner? Or better still, neither is there any contingency measure on the ground in case there are complications from the commissioner's apparent sudden surgery. Like really?? You know, Canadians aren't so dumb here; it's really clear how hypocrisy oozes from every corner of the Liberals' narratives. However, I wish the Commissioner well too, but even at that, you would still agree that the timing is just too suspicious. There's absolutely too much of a coincidence here, and it appears the Trudeau Liberals are most likely up to another of their usual dirty tricks. But of course, there's still much more to the secrets that would be revealed in today's story, so stay around and watch this video till the end. It would be interesting to know that in a rather suspicious manner, the commission assigned with the task of reviewing Justin Trudeau's unprecedented use of the Emergencies Act earlier in February this year announced on Friday that the hearings would have to be delayed due to the commissioner suddenly developing a health issue. According to the statement released by the inquiry officials, the leader of the inquiry into the Liberal government's unprecedented use of the Emergencies Act, Commissioner Paul Rouleau, would apparently have to undergo surgery in order “to address a health issue that has very recently arisen.” You would remember that the Trudeau Liberal government had invoked the Emergencies Act on February fourteen in response to the freedom convoy's cross country protests and blockades demonstrating against the government's co vid 19 strict mandates and restrictions. Meanwhile, at that time, some border blockades had already been cleared, leaving the main organization of the protesters in downtown Ottawa. And it's just really pathetic and frustrating enough already. Of course, it's no longer news that Canada is arguably the fourth largest oil producer and the fifth largest natural gas producer. But in a rather surprising manner, Justin Trudeau has only done everything possible in his power to not build sufficient export infrastructure. And it's just really tragic. You know this is possibly the worst energy policy of all as a major producer. Aside from oil and its need, I just keep wondering, why exactly has Trudeau refused to see the real future? A debt free Canada and a thriving economy? It's not rocket science, so why is it so hard to get the oil and gas industry rolling and let the money come in to boost the country's dwindling economy? At this point, this might turn out to be one of the biggest missed opportunities in Canadian history, considering that at current prices, just one Canadian port exporting superchilled gas could be adding nine figures to the Canadian Gross Domestic Product each day. But of course, it's just really saddening that Trudeau doesn't care how much money Canada loses on a daily basis. It appears this guy's major intention is to make Canada a welfare system and nothing more while allowing continuous exploitation of Canadians and overspending of their tax dollars which would most likely eventually collapse the state due to low productivity and expensive cost of running. But of course, Justin Trudeau definitely isn't seeing that. It's just really tragic how Canada has so much to offer the world with its available resources while this guy just sits it out on the sidelines. Well, I guess Trudeau most probably doesn't believe Canada is a country with real potential and that it would just be too unwise to keep blowing up opportunities after opportunities. And with him in charge, it appears Trudeau is making sure Canada looks more like it. But of course, when you take a deeper look at the major cause of the whole frustrating attitude of Justin Trudeau, you would discover that asking a high school drama teacher to review business numbers gets you nothing tangible but only more drama. So it's not really surprising anymore that despite lots of Canadian investors and business minded individuals coming up with good ideas and good intentions for the Canadian oil and gas industry, the Trudeau Liberal government still does not care about them.
