The Canadian Constitution Foundation was in the Federal Court on August 8, 2022 seeking the disclosure of information which goes to the heart of the government’s decision to invoke the Emergencies Act on February, 14, 2022.

The CCF seeks an order for the Attorney General to deliver unredacted documents, including minutes of the Incident Response Group and Cabinet meetings leading up to the declaration of the Emergencies Act.

The government invoked cabinet confidence, and subsequently, national security privilege over many documents relevant to a judge’s determination of whether the government was justified in declaring a public order emergency.

“The government’s failure to disclose wide swaths of evidence that go to the question of whether it was justified in invoking the Emergencies Act is an attempt to evade meaningful judicial review. Allowing these documents to remain secret would undermine the integrity of the proceedings in this historic matter if a litigant is pre-empted from arguing in court that the government acted unconstitutionally”, said Christine Van Geyn, the CCF’s Litigation Director.

The court has indicated they hope to have a decision within 2 weeks.

 «Τα παιδιά και οι έφηβοι πολύ σπάνια αρρωσταίνουν σοβαρά από τον COVID-19 με την παραλλαγή όμικρον. Γιαυτό, από την 1η Ιουλίου 2022, δεν είναι πλέον δυνατή η λήψη της 1ης [δόσης] για παιδιά και έφηβους κάτω των 18 ετών και από την 1η Σεπτεμβρίου 2022, δεν θα είναι πλέον δυνατή ούτε η λήψη 2ης [δόσης ]»  , αναφέρεται  σε ανακοίνωση της η κυβέρνηση της Δανίας. [μετάφραση από τα δανικά] 

Σίγουρα πολλοί γονείς στη Δανία θα ανακουφιστούν επειδή σημαίνει ότι οι εντολές εμβολίων δεν θα επιστρέψουν στο σχολείο, λίγοι έχουν ακολουθήσει το παράδειγμα της Δανίας και αν η επιστήμη είναι καθολική, είναι περίεργο γιατί δεν το έχουν κάνει.

Για παράδειγμα, παρά την απόφαση της Δανίας,  τα μωρά είναι πλέον επιλέξιμα  για να λάβουν τρεις δόσεις εμβολίου Covid της Moderna στον Καναδά, παρόλο που ο COVID  αποτελεί μικρότερη απειλή για τα μωρά ακόμα κι από τη γρίπη , και η Health Canada παραδέχεται ότι δεν έχουν μακροπρόθεσμα δεδομένα ασφάλειας. Πραγματικά τρελό!

Επιπλέον, διάφορες υγειονομικές αρχές έχουν πρόσφατα επισημάνει τους κινδύνους αρνητικών επιπτώσεων κυρίως σε νεαρές ηλικίες από τα εμβόλια για τον COVID. 

Το υπουργείο Υγείας της Γερμανίας πρόσφατα  ανάρτησε στο Twitter  ότι υπάρχει 1 στις 5000 πιθανότητες οι άνθρωποι να πάθουν «σοβαρή δυσμενή επίδραση» από τα εμβόλια. Στη πραγματικότητα σύμφωνα με έρευνες ο αριθμός αυτός είναι πολλαπλάσιος!

Ενώ φαίνεται ότι όλο και περισσότερες αρχές προειδοποιούν για τους κινδύνους των εμβολίων, αν και το κάνουν ακόμα δειλά δειλά – Η Δανία λέει ξεκάθαρα πως είναι μεγαλύτερος ο κίνδυνος του εμβολίου, απο τον COVID για τους νέους και υγιείς.
