Ο Πούτιν μετατρέπει την Ρωσία σε ψηφιακή δικτατορία παρόμοια με αυτή της Κίνας – Εισαγωγή ψηφιακής ταυτότητας σε smartphone από 1 Μάϊου στην Ρωσία!

Στις 15 Φεβρουαρίου, ο Ρώσος πρόεδρος Βλαντιμίρ Πούτιν υποστήριξε την εισαγωγή ψηφιακής ταυτότητας σε συνάντηση με την κυβέρνηση και διέταξε να προετοιμαστεί το έδαφος όσο το δυνατόν γρηγορότερα και να συμφωνηθεί ένα νομοσχέδιο πριν από την 1η Μαΐου.

Το Υπουργείο Ψηφιακής Ανάπτυξης έχει ήδη αναπτύξει ένα σύστημα που θα επιτρέπει στους Ρώσους εάν χρειαστεί, να προσκομίσουν ταυτότητα σε smartphone. “Λειτουργεί πολύ απλά: ανεβάζετε μια φωτογραφία από ένα βιομετρικό διαβατήριο στο smartphone σας και στη συνέχεια δημιουργείται ένας κωδικός QR που παρουσιάζετε“, εξήγησε ο Shadayev στον αρχηγό του κράτους ( σύμφωνα με το RBC ) 

Το Υπουργείο Ψηφιακής Ανάπτυξης μαζί με την FSB, θα υποβάλουν στη ρωσική κυβέρνηση έως την 1η Μαΐου σχέδιο διατάγματος που επιτρέπει τη χρήση ψηφιακής ταυτότητας σε smartphone αντί για διαβατήριο σε πολλές καθημερινές καταστάσεις καθώς η πρόταση αυτή υποστηρίχθηκε από τον Ρώσο πρόεδρο Βλαντιμίρ Πούτιν.

“Παρακαλώ, όσο πιο γρήγορα τόσο το καλύτερο (…) Φυσικά, τέτοιες υπηρεσίες έχουν μεγάλη ζήτηση και απλά πρέπει να επιταχύνετε την υλοποίησή τους. Παρακαλώ προετοιμάστε αυτά τα έργα”, είπε ο Πούτιν σε συνάντηση με μέλη της κυβέρνησης, απαντώντας στην πρόταση του επικεφαλής Μιντσιφρά Μαξούτ Σαντάγιεφ.

«Θέλαμε να σας ζητήσουμε να εκδώσετε ένα διάταγμα που θα καθόριζε τις πιθανές περιπτώσεις χρήσης μιας τέτοιας ψηφιακής ταυτότητας σε smartphone ως αντικατάσταση διαβατηρίου (…) Θέλαμε να μας ζητήσουμε να μας δώσετε εντολή να υποβάλουμε ένα τέτοιο προσχέδιο διάταγμα, μαζί με την FSB και άλλα ενδιαφερόμενα τμήματα, έως την 1η Μαΐου, αυτό θα επιτρέψει τη νομιμοποίηση αυτής της τεχνολογίας», είπε ο Shadayev.

Σύμφωνα με τον υπουργό, ελάχιστες θα είναι οι περιπτώσεις που θα μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί ψηφιακό δελτίο ταυτότητας αντί για διαβατήριο, «δεν ακυρώνουμε τελείως το διαβατήριο».

Σημείωσε ότι παρόμοια τεχνολογία είχε ήδη συμφωνηθεί με την FSB, η οποία επιτρέπει στους κατόχους βιομετρικών διαβατηρίων να λαμβάνουν κάρτα φιλάθλου σε πλήρη ηλεκτρονική μορφή χρησιμοποιώντας την εφαρμογή του Υπουργείου Ψηφιακής Ανάπτυξης, χωρίς να επικοινωνούν με το MFC για επαλήθευση της ταυτότητάς τους. Στην περίπτωση αυτή, η επαλήθευση του ιδιοκτήτη πραγματοποιείται σύμφωνα με τη φωτογραφία που καταγράφεται στο τσιπ του βιομετρικού διαβατηρίου.

«Κάναμε το ίδιο και στην εφαρμογή για κινητές συσκευές State Services (…) Αναπτύξαμε αυτήν την τεχνολογία, λειτουργεί πολύ απλά: ανεβάζετε μια φωτογραφία από ένα βιομετρικό διαβατήριο απευθείας στο smartphone σας, στη συνέχεια δημιουργείται ένας κωδικός QR που παρουσιάζετε και αυτός που εσείς, όποιος θέλετε να ελέγξει τους λόγους σας, αντίστοιχα, από την εφαρμογή για κινητά τις κρατικές υπηρεσίες ελέγχει επίσης είτε την ηλικία σας είτε το επώνυμό σας, το όνομα, το πατρώνυμο», είπε ο Shadayev.

Πρόσθεσε ότι η χρήση μιας τέτοιας ταυτότητας θα πρέπει να επιτρέπει «στο 80% των περιπτώσεων σε τέτοιες καθημερινές, απλές καταστάσεις» να χρησιμοποιεί ένα smartphone αντί για το αρχικό διαβατήριο. Αυτή η τεχνολογία έχει επίσης ήδη συμφωνηθεί με την FSB για τις απαιτήσεις ασφάλειας, σημείωσε ο υπουργός.

Όλοι όσοι παρακολουθούν έστω και λίγο το υπόβαθρο των διεθνών ειδήσεων έχουν ακούσει για την κοινωνική βαθμολογία και τη χρήση κωδικών QR στην Κίνα, η οποία προκύπτει από μια τέτοια ψηφιοποίηση, καθώς το σύστημα περιορίζει τα δικαιώματα των ανθρώπων στη λήψη υπηρεσιών, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των οικονομικών.

Επίσης, υπενθυμίσουμε ότι από την 1η Απριλίου 2023, στη Ρωσία θα αρχίσουν να δοκιμάζουν τις πληρωμές από άτομα με ψηφιακό ρούβλι.

Η Τράπεζα της Ρωσίας μαζί με το Υπουργείο Οικονομικών θα προετοιμάσει προτάσεις για τη χρήση του ψηφιακού ρουβλίου στη διαδικασία προϋπολογισμού έως το 2024. Εδώ είναι ήδη σημαντικό να καταλάβουμε ότι αυτό θα επηρεάσει ακόμη και τους συνταξιούχους, καθώς η επικεφαλής της Κεντρικής Τράπεζας της Ρωσικής Ομοσπονδίας, Elvira Nabiullina, επέτρεψε τη λήψη συντάξεων σε ψηφιακό νόμισμα (Πηγή: Rossiyskaya Gazeta).

Στις 27 Ιανουαρίου 2023, το RIA Novosti αναφέρει: «Ο Πούτιν ανέθεσε στο Υπουργείο Υγείας να αναφέρει τη δημιουργία ενός ψηφιακού προφίλ υγείας,  λαμβάνοντας υπόψη προηγούμενες οδηγίες, να επιταχύνει τη δημιουργία ενός ψηφιακού προφίλ υγείας ενός πολίτη, την εισαγωγή τεχνολογιών τεχνητής νοημοσύνης και τηλεϊατρικής στις δραστηριότητες των ιατρικών οργανισμών, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της πείρας του ιατρικές οργανώσεις στη Μόσχα”

Από την 1η Ιανουαρίου 2023, όλοι οι οργανισμοί του δημόσιου τομέα πρέπει να εισαγάγουν ηλεκτρονική διαχείριση εγγράφων και να αρχίσουν να χρησιμοποιούν νέα ηλεκτρονικά πρωτογενή έγγραφα και μητρώα που έχουν εγκριθεί με Διάταγμα του Υπουργείου Οικονομικών της Ρωσίας της 15ης Απριλίου 2021 N 61n “Σχετικά με την έγκριση ενοποιημένων εντύπων ηλεκτρονικών λογιστικών εγγράφων που χρησιμοποιούνται για τη διενέργεια δημοσιονομικής λογιστικής, λογιστικής κρατικών (δημοτικών) ιδρυμάτων και μεθοδολογικών οδηγιών για το σχηματισμό και την εφαρμογή τους».

Η Ευρώπη ακολουθεί επίσης τον ίδιο δρόμο και στον απόηχο του, ή ακόμα και πιο μπροστά η Ρωσία «βαδίζει» με σιγουριά.

WEF-Controlled New York Bans Natural Gas To ‘Save the Planet’

WEF-controlled New York has officially banned gas stoves as part of wider move to ban natural gas in the State.

In the coming months gas stoves will become illegal in New York, under a controversial new deal between Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul and Albany lawmakers that would make that state the first in the US to ban natural gas.

Nypost.com reports: The pending budget deal mandates all new buildings under seven stories be fully electric by 2026 with larger structures following three years later.

While Hochul hailed the plan as a way to fight climate change, average New Yorkers said it was not so hot of an idea.

“Kathy should mind her own business and get out of our kitchens,” Yas Kantakis, a resident of Sutton Place, told The Post.

“Now she’s in our kitchens first, our bedrooms will be next. Why would somebody come into your private home and tell you what to do? We’re not communist yet – we’re getting there – but it’s just an insult.”

Albany Democrats are expected to approve the electrification push as part of a $229 billion spending deal struck nearly a month past an April 1 deadline.

Critics say the upcoming state ban will drive rising energy costs while depriving many New Yorkers of their right to beloved gas stoves in future homes.

A February Siena College poll found just 39% of registered voters support banning all fossil-fuel burning equipment for new family homes by 2025 and all construction by 2029.

And the construction industry is particularly concerned about how the change, which would exempt restaurants and other commercial establishments, might upend the economy of building just as New York continues recovering from the disruptions of the pandemic.

(Natural News) The World Health Organization estimates that (worldwide) there have been 763,740,140 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 6,908,554 deaths as of April 19, 2023. This does not include additional components of the excess mortality during the COVIDcrisis being documented by many in western nations, for which scientists and the various governments seems to not know what the causative agent is and no government seems to want to investigate… Although most will agree privately that these deaths are also related to COVID-19 “public health” policies in some way or another. These include deaths from lockdowns (famine, suicide, violence, alcohol and drug abuse), long COVID, vaccine deaths, lack of medical care for cancer and other diseases, etc. All told, the estimate for total deaths from the COVIDcrisis is probably around ten million people or more. Ten million people is a very big number. It is hard to even fathom.

For comparison, the largest natural disaster (excluding famine) of the 20th century was the Chinese Yangtze River Floods in 1931, which killed 3.7 million people both directly and indirectly, with many people dying from poor sanitation and diseases. In 1958, the Chinese Yellow River Flood killed around a million people, although estimates widely vary. Other floods, cyclones, earthquakes all killed countless people. But none did so with as much devastation to human life as was done by the SARS-CoV-2-WIV virus.

But we also know this was not a natural disaster, this disaster was man made.

A list of genocides on Wikipedia shows that there have been no single human atrocities in the history of mankind that have come close to the deaths caused from the COVIDcrisis.

How do we “know this”? Because we have the receipts thanks to Judicial Watch, as well as the Congressional investigations – still ongoing.

This week, Judicial Watch received 552 pages from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). These documents include the initial grant application, biosketches, budgets and annual reports to the NIH from EcoHealth Alliance. They describe the specific aims of the project, which include creating mutant viruses SARS (and MERS viruses) “to better predict the capacity of our CoVs [coronaviruses] to infect people.”

I spent the afternoon reading these documents and the 552 pages are a gold mine of information. But the specific aim 3 of the contract is particularly important. It reads in full:

Specific Aim 3: Testing predictions of CoV inter-species transmission. We will test our models of host range (i.e. emergence potential) experimentally using reverse genetics, pseudovirus and receptor binding assays, and virus infection experiments in cell culture and humanized mice. With bat-CoVs that we’ve isolated or sequenced, and using live virus or pseudovirus infection in cells of different origin or expressing different receptor molecules, we will assess potential for each isolated virus and those with receptor binding site sequence, to spill over. We will do this by sequencing the spike (or other receptor binding/fusion) protein genes from all our bat-CoVs, creating mutants to identify how significantly each would need to evolve to use ACE2, CD26/DPP4 (MERS-CoV receptor) or other potential CoV receptors. We will then use receptor-mutant pseudovirus binding assays, in vitro studies in bat, primate, human and other species’ cell lines, and with humanized mice where particularly interesting viruses are identified phylogenetically, or isolated. These tests will provide public health-relevant data, and also iteratively improve our predictive model to better target bat species and CoVs during our field studies to obtain bat-CoV strains of the greatest interest for understanding the mechanisms of cross-species transmission.

Later, they write (page 195):

we will assess potential for each isolated virus and those with receptor binding site sequence, to spill over. We will do this by sequencing the spike (or other receptor binding/fusion) protein genes from all our bat-CoVs, creating mutants to identify how significantly each would need to evolve to use ACE2, CD26/DPP4 (MERS-CoV receptor) or other potential CoV receptors.

It is important to understand that, although these quotes are technical and well beyond many to understand, the bottom line is that this project was and is gain of function research. In contrast to Dr. Fauci’s sworn testimony to Congress.

It is important to pull out these sections highlighting the gain of function research conducted that led to the deaths of millions of people. This is the only way I know of to make scientists, the courts and policy makers aware that this is not a conspiracy theory. This is real. That these deaths were caused by manslaughter.
