Ontario workers file legal action against City of Windsor for breach of Charter rights

The statement of claim filed by 20 City of Windsor employees alleges that the city breached their constitutional rights with an illegal vaccine mandate.

A group of 20 former City of Windsor employees is taking legal action against the city over what they call a breach of their Charter rights.

The plaintiffs include frontline workers and first responders previously hailed as heroes by Windsor leaders.

The group is being represented by lawyer Courtney Betty who is quoted in the press release: “The Canadian Charter of Rights requires that the City of Windsor abide by the division of powers set out in the Canadian Constitution and protect the basic rights of the plaintiffs guaranteed by the Charter of Rights. On both counts the City has failed.”

Furthermore, the release states that the employees were put on unpaid leave as of November 2021 with terminations beginning in January 2022.

“The city carried out these illegal actions outside of the mandates and guidance of the Province of Ontario and without due process. The result is destruction of the lives of many of the plaintiffs who were discarded without any means of meeting their basic needs. The negative impact on their lives continues while the city maintains the illegal practice of forced vaccination to maintain employment contrary to the guidance of the Province of Ontario and international science. The tragedy and suffering of the plaintiffs is outlined in the attached statement of claims,” it reads.

In a video posted by “Beyond The Narrative,” one plaintiff shares the real-life impact of this decision. Melissa, who had been gainfully employed with the City of Windsor for 20 years, was discarded without compensation for not complying with the city’s heavy-handed policy. She and her three children now rely solely on her husband's mediocre disability compensation to scrape by. “The rate of inflation is so high that it’s starving us out,” she details.

Melissa and her family have been forced to frequent the Mission Food Support program to stay afloat. After the family has lunch, the volunteers pack Melissa and her children with containers that they rely on for dinner. “We eat two meals, five days a week from the Mission and if it wasn’t for that I don’t think that we would be able to feed our children,” her heartbreaking story recounts. “Birthdays didn’t happen this year. Christmas we scraped by but we had to tell the younger [child] that Santa doesn’t exist because we just couldn’t do gifts [from everyone] and make it look normal to her.”

This is the very real fallout of indiscriminate vaccine mandates that leave families feeling coerced into compliance.

Pilot Faints Midflight Due To Turbulence, Forcing Emergency Landing

 A Jet2 flight from Birmingham, England, to Antalya, Turkey, was forced to make an emergency landing in Greece after the pilot fainted. A passenger told Birmingham Live that they noticed something was wrong after experiencing turbulence.

"While we were all [seated], we noticed something was going on at the front of the plane," the unnamed passenger told the news outlet. "We thought someone had hurt themselves in the toilet while experiencing turbulence. We were told we were landing in Greece due to a medical emergency on board. We weren't told what part."

The passenger was upset because their flight was delayed by eight hours, and the airline only provided a $15 deal voucher to each passenger.

The airline confirmed the incident and said that a replacement had to be flown to the airport before the flight could resume to Turkey.

"Flight LS1239 from Birmingham to Antalya diverted to Thessaloniki Airport as a precautionary measure on Tuesday (August 23) due to one of the pilots feeling unwell. A replacement crew was flown to Thessaloniki so that we could get customers on their way to Antalya that same evening," a spokesperson for the airline said. "We communicated this to our customers as soon as possible, and our teams worked extremely hard to look after everyone. We would like to apologize to anyone affected by this unforeseen delay."

 Το μπάνιο στη θάλασσα αποδείχτηκε μοιραίο για έναν 15χρονο στη Χαλκιδική.

Ανασύρθηκε από το νερό χωρίς τις αισθήσεις του για να διαπιστωθεί λίγη ώρα αργότερα ο θάνατός του.

Το περιστατικό σημειώθηκε το μεσημέρι της Κυριακής στα Νέα Φλογητά Χαλκιδικής.

Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες του thestival, ξάδερφος του 15χρονου τον είδε μπρούμυτα στο νερό αλλά θεώρησε ότι αστειευόταν. Όταν πέρασαν μερικά δευτερόλεπτα τον πλησίασε και είδε ότι δεν ανταποκρινόταν. Τον γύρισε ανάποδα και διαπίστωσε ότι έβγαζε αφρούς από το στόμα.

Λουόμενοι έβγαλαν τον ανήλικο από τη θάλασσα και προσπάθησαν για ώρα να τον επαναφέρουν. Σε λίγα λεπτά στο σημείο έφτασε ασθενοφόρο του ΕΚΑΒ και παρέλαβε τον νεαρό για να τον μεταφέρει στο Κέντρο Υγείας Μουδανιών. Δυστυχώς, ο άτυχος νεαρός κατέληξε.

Να σημειωθεί ότι στην παραλία υπήρχε ναυαγοσώστης ενώ για την επαναφορά του άτυχου νεαρού χρησιμοποιήθηκε απινιδωτής που υπήρχε στο σημείο.

Όπως αναφέρεται στο ρεπορτάζ αυτά σχετίζονται με την μυοκαρδίτιδα και την περικαρδίτιδα και τα άλλα δύο είναι ασφαλή.

Προσπαθούν να θολώσουν τα νερά με σκοπό να στραφεί η οργή του κόσμου που ψάχνει να βρει τι φταίει προς σκευάσματα που έχουν αποσυρθεί από την αγορά ή τα προτιμούν ελάχιστοι έως κανένας.

Έξυπνο τέχνασμα αλλά ο κόσμος ξύπνησε και γνωρίζει όλη την αλήθεια.

Western University Students Protest Vaccine Mandate

Hundreds of Western University students, along with their parents and former faculty, have begun their protest against the institution’s sudden, discriminatory, and wholly unnecessary vaccine mandate.

Speaking with Maverick Multimedia, one organizer of the event, Hannah, said,

“This year, students are really upset, and they are seeing that you don’t have to wear a mask anywhere pretty well now, you don’t have to get the vaccine, you don’t have to show proof, but you have to do that at Western in order to continue your schooling. And they also announced it after we had to pay our tuition. So that especially makes students upset.”

While Western University has since stated that they would refund any students who refuse to comply with their mandate, many are still distraught over the vaccine mandate and the fact it was announced just weeks before the fall semester.

Moreover, the university has not offered a full refund for courses taken in previous years. While such courses could go towards a degree at another institution, there’s no guarantee that students will be accepted at another institution — potentially rendering their previously completed courses utterly useless — nor will their application fees be covered by WesternU.

Hannah continues, saying that students weren’t consulted on the vaccine mandate last year and weren’t consulted this year either.

“We’re hoping that Western will listen to us,” Hannah explains, “that we’ll be able to have consultations with the USC. They’re starting to want feedback from us now as students. So, we’ve been giving them a ton of feedback. Students have been writing and saying that we’re not okay with being forced to violate our bodily autonomy in order to have an education, and we’re hoping that Western’s going to back down and listen to us and follow suit with all the other universities and colleges.”

Expected to speak later in the day is former Western University professor and ethics scholar Julie Ponesse.

She’s previously spoken out and even taught a lecture on “the ethics of coerced vaccination.” Unsurprisingly, it was her last lecture, and Western University promptly fired her. Go figure. An ethics professor fired for discussing an ethical dilemma that’s plagued billions of people around the world as it was happening in real-time.

While WesternU hasn’t budged on its mandate yet, they have acknowledged that the protest is peaceful and have refrained from spreading misinformation or misconstruing the actions of students with any potential bad actors, as was seen with the Freedom Convoy protests.

So far, there have been no violent or hateful incidents, nor any indication that the protest could become unpeaceful.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA- When billionaire Elon Musk decided to pull out of his deal to buy Twitter, it should have raised significant alarm bells. After all, Musk is alternately among the top 2-3 richest men in the world. One might think he knows a little bit about business.

Now, we may be finding out the truth as to why Musk backed out.

According to a whistleblower, Twitter is primarily comprised of millions of “bots” whose mission is to engage in what he calls “social conditioning,” NewsPunch reports.

The man, Peiter “Mudge” Zatko says the problem is so pervasive that company executives ignore the issue and are clueless as to how many bots are actually active on the social media platform.

Zatko claims that the board has been covering up its “extreme, egregious deficiencies” which make the company a huge risk to national security and democracy.

Zatko should know that of which he speaks. He is the former head of security for Twitter and made the bombshell revelations to Congress and federal agencies last month.

He complained that the far-left social media company is mismanaged and noted that thousands of staff are given access to “central controls” as well as extremely sensitive information without adequate oversight.

According to the Daily Mail, Zatko, a direct report to former CEO Jack Dorsey and his replacement, Parag Agrawal, said the company’s senior executives had been “covering up” the biggest vulnerabilities on the platform  and further claimed that either one or multiple employees may also be engaged as spies for foreign intelligence assets.

Zatko further claimed that Twitter executives had misled the board of directors about the company’s security flaws which have left it exposed to hacking, manipulation and disinformation. Moreover, he claims that Twitter executives have no idea nor the resources to definitively know how many bots actually infect the site.

The unknown number of bots on the site was the primary reason cited by Musk, Tesla’s CEO, for the reason he backed out of the purchase. Musk claimed that Twitter hadn’t been honest about the number of bots and fake accounts on the site, which boasts 238 million daily users.

In addition to bots and phony accounts, Zatko, who previously worked at Google and the Department of Defense, says the company doesn’t “reliably” delete user data after a user cancels an account, usually because staff lost track of it.

Zatko said his findings show “egregious deficiencies, negligence, willful ignorance, and threats to national security and democracy.”

Zatko started what the Mail describes as a “colorful” career in the 1990s, when he worked conducting classified work for a government contractor, while serving as among the leaders of a hacking group—Cult of the Dead Cow—which sought to force Microsoft into improving security by releasing Windows hacking tools.

He began working for Twitter in order to recommend changes to the platform in order to bolster security after a number of high-profile hacks, including accounts of Barack Obama, Joe Biden and Musk himself.

When he was appointed to Twitter, he promised to examine” information security, site integrity, physical security, platform integrity—which starts to touch on abuse and manipulation of the platform—and engineering.”

When he was fired this past January, Zatko was told it was because of poor performance, however he isn’t buying that excuse. He said he was fired in retaliation for raising concerns about security lapses to the board of Twitter before he went public.

Ένας πληροφοριοδότης επιβεβαίωσε ότι η  πλειοψηφία των χρηστών (90%) στο Twitter είναι bots , επιβεβαιώνοντας τις υποψίες του CEO της Tesla, Elon Musk.

Ο Peiter “Mudge” Zatko, πρώην επικεφαλής ασφαλείας του Twitter, έκανε την αποκάλυψη βόμβα τόσο στο Κογκρέσο όσο και στις ομοσπονδιακές υπηρεσίες τον Ιούλιο του 2022. Επισήμανε ότι ο ιστότοπος αποτελείται στην πλειοψηφία του από εκατομμύρια «ρομπότ», των οποίων η αποστολή είναι να συμμετέχουν σε προπαγάνδα όπως πχ της «κλιματικής αλλαγής.»

Ο Zatko παρατήρησε ότι τα στελέχη του Twitter δεν γνωρίζουν τον πραγματικό αριθμό των bots που είναι ενεργά στην πλατφόρμα και ότι κλείνουν τα μάτια τους στο πρόβλημα. Πρόσθεσε ότι η εταιρεία κοινωνικής δικτύωσης «καλύπτει ακραίες, τρομερές ελλείψεις» στην πλατφόρμα.

Ο πρώην επικεφαλής ασφαλείας αναφέρθηκε στον πρώην διευθύνοντα σύμβουλο του Twitter Jack Dorsey και τον διάδοχό του, τον εν ενεργεία διευθύνοντα σύμβουλο Parag Agrawal.

Σύμφωνα με την Daily Mail , ο Zatko εντάχθηκε στο Twitter τον Νοέμβριο του 2020 μετά από χακάρισμα των λογαριασμών του πρώην προέδρου Μπαράκ Ομπάμα, του νυν προέδρου Τζο Μπάιντεν αλλά και του Έλον Μασκ.

Μετά το διορισμό του, ο Zatko υποσχέθηκε να εξετάσει την ασφάλεια των πληροφοριών, τη μηχανική, την ακεραιότητα και τη φυσική ασφάλεια της πλατφόρμας – η τελευταία αφορά την κατάχρηση και τη χειραγώγηση της πλατφόρμας Twitter.
