Στο νοσοκομείο της Λαμίας άφησε την τελευταία του πνοή ένας 49χρονος ο οποίος, σύμφωνα με τις καταγγελίες συγγενών του, εγκαταλείφθηκε από τους γιατρούς.

Συγκεκριμένα στο νοσοκομείο της πόλης, άνδρας ηλικίας 49 ετών, όπως αναφέρουν συγγενείς τους, εγκαταλείφθηκε από τους γιατρούς για τουλάχιστον 12 ώρες, με αποτέλεσμα να αφήσει την τελευταία του πνοή αβοήθητος.
Πρόκειται για έναν 49χρονο ο οποίος εργαζόταν στο υπουργείο Παιδείας και συμμετείχε στη διανομή των θεμάτων των Πανελλαδικών εξετάσεων. Ο άτυχος 49χρονος, ενώ έκανε διακοπές, ξαφνικά ανέβασε 40 πυρετό και χρειάστηκε να διακομισθεί στο νοσοκομείο της Λαμίας.
Παρόλο που υπήρχαν 3 κρεβάτια στη ΜΕΘ του νοσοκομείου, η διασωλήνωση δεν έγινε παρουσία Εντατικολόγων με αποτέλεσμα να χαθεί πολύτιμος χρόνος και ο άνδρας να καταλήξει λίγη ώρα αργότερα.

Ο αδερφός του 49χρονου, Γιάννης Φλώρος, μίλησε στο «Κοινωνία Ώρα ΜEGA» για το περιστατικό.

«Κάναμε διακοπές με τον αδερφό μου στο χωριό μου, και ενώ μέχρι τα ξημερώματα του Σαββάτου, φαινόταν καλά στην υγεία του, κατά τις 6 το πρωί παρουσίασε βαρύ πυρετό. Κάλεσα το ΕΚΑΒ και μέσω του ΕΚΑΒ έγινε η διακομιδή του στο νοσοκομείο Λαμίας και ο συνοδός ειδοποιήθηκε κατά τις 10.30 το πρωί ότι διασωληνώθηκε. Από τις 10.30 και μετά, έμαθα ότι δεν είχε ειδοποιηθεί η ΜΕΘ και τελικά στις 20.00 κατέληξε σε κρεβάτι της ΜΕΘ», ανέφερε αρχικά.

«Δεν ήταν μόνος του, υπήρχε γιατρός στα επείγοντα, και θεωρώ ότι λόγω της βακτηριαιμίας που είχε, έπρεπε να μεταφερθεί άμεσα στη ΜΕΘ. Θεωρώ ότι για να μεταφερθεί στις 20.00 στη ΜΕΘ, μιλάμε για 10 ώρες καθυστέρηση, και από ότι έχω μιλήσει με τον τεχνικό σύμβουλο της πληρεξούσιας δικηγόρου μου, ήταν πολύ σημαντικός χρόνος αυτό το διάστημα που χάθηκε», συμπλήρωσε.

«Από τον ιατρικό φάκελο ενημερώθηκα ότι είχε ειδοποιηθεί καν η ΜΕΘ, για την βαρύτητα του γεγονότος», επεσήμανε ο αδερφός του θύματος, κ. Φλώρος.

Η δικηγόρος της οικογένειας, Σοφία Σταυράκη μίλησε στο MEGA για την απάντηση των γιατρών σχετικά με την μη εισαγωγή του 49χρονου στη ΜΕΘ.

«Το γιατί δεν τον έβαλαν τη ΜΕΘ ακόμα ερευνάται, ωστόσο σε συνεργασία με τον τεχνικό μας σύμβουλο, γνωρίζουμε ότι το συγκεκριμένο περιστατικό, από τη στιγμή που διασωληνώθηκε έπρεπε να φύγει κατευθείαν για τη ΜΕΘ. Δεν έπρεπε να χαθεί ούτε μία ώρα. Ο άνθρωπος κατέληξε από ένα συγκεκριμένο μικρόβιο το οποίο, του δημιούργησε επιπλοκές. Το ζητούμενο είναι ότι ενώ γνώριζαν τι υπήρχε στον συγκεκριμένο ασθενή, καθυστέρησαν την μεταφορά του, μιλάμε για ολιγωρία γιατρών», δήλωσε η κ. Σταυράκη.
