If Mark Carney didn't exist, the Liberals would have to invent him to demonstrate all this phony "change" their talking about. Carney talks like Justin Trudeau if he were in a coma. The man is a completely manufactured candidate who doesn't deserve one day as prime minister but might end up getting a few weeks in the role.
