Richard Andreas Werner (born 5 January 1967) is a German banking and development economist, University Professor at the University of Winchester.
He has proposed the "Quantity Theory of Credit" or "Quantity Theory of Separated Credit", which analyzes the creation of credit used for the real economy (GDP transactions) on the one hand and financial transactions on the other.
Among other things, he stated a few years ago about all that is applied:
"This is an Orwellian dystopia of total control, the end of all freedoms"!
It's what central banks are actually aiming for!
Certain central banks such as the bank of England have already prepared their own RFID microchip to be implanted under your skin!!!

Ο Richard Andreas Werner (γεννημένος στις 5 Ιανουαρίου 1967) είναι Γερμανός τραπεζικός και αναπτυξιακός οικονομολόγος, καθηγητής πανεπιστημίου στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Winchester .
Έχει προτείνει την «Ποσοτική Θεωρία της Πίστωσης» ή «Ποσοτική Θεωρία της Διαχωρισμένης Πίστωσης», η οποία αναλύει την δημιουργία πιστώσεων που χρησιμοποιούνται για την πραγματική οικονομία (συναλλαγές ΑΕΠ) αφενός και τις χρηματοοικονομικές συναλλαγές αφετέρου.
Μεταξύ άλλων είχε δηλώσει πριν μερικά χρόνια για όλα αυτά που εφαρμόζονται:
«Αυτή είναι μια οργουελική δυστοπία του απόλυτου ελέγχου, το τέλος όλων των ελευθεριών!
Είναι αυτό που ουσιαστικά στοχεύουν οι κεντρικές τράπεζες!
Συγκεκριμένες κεντρικές τράπεζες, όπως η τράπεζα της Αγγλίας έχουν ήδη προετοιμάσει το δικό τους microchip RFID που θα εμφυτευτεί κάτω από το δέρμα σας!!!
Γιατί λοιπόν γίνεται ξαφνικά η συζήτηση σχετικά με το παγκόσμιο βασικό εισόδημα από όλα τα κινήματα για τα λαϊκά στρώματα και από τους δισεκατομμυριούχους;;;
Γιατί το παγκόσμιο βασικό εισόδημα θα είναι η δωροδοκία για να δεχτείς το μικροτσίπ!!!(σ.σ. Θα φορτώνεται το ελάχιστο εγγυημένο εισόδημα με την μορφή ψηφιακών μονάδων στο όποιο τσιπάκι;;;)».
