Experimental COVID-19 jabs are potentially deadly bioweapons that have bypassed all routine safety checks, Canada's National Citizens Inquiry (NCI) watchdog has warned.
Similar to what happened in the United States, the alleged virus "vaccines" were never properly reviewed by Canadian regulators under Canadian law, the National Citizens Inquiry (NCI) accountability watchdog confirmed.
The NCI released a report on September 14 detailing the kangaroo procedure by which blood clot injections were "approved" in Canada, naturalnews writes .
"It is important to understand that vaccines for COVID-19 have never been approved through the traditional drug approval process in Canada," said the report, which further explains how Health Canada, the federal agency responsible for health policy Canada, used an alternative approval process called a temporary injunction.
"Under the alternative licensing process, the need to objectively determine the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines appears to have been sidelined."
COVID downloads were approved in Canada with Warpspeed, as they were in the US – normal rules were ignored in both countries.
Canada's Food and Drug Regulations legally require that any drug submitted for approval must first undergo appropriate safety and efficacy testing and then be submitted to the Minister of Health for review. It is the minister's job to assess the risks and benefits, followed by rejection or approval.
On September 16, 2021, Canada's Minister of Health exempted all COVID vaccines from the normal review and approval process to ensure they were released at warp speed along with their US variant.
"This provision generally allows the minister to override normal regulations in situations of 'significant risk' to health, safety or the environment," explains Naveen Arthappully of The Epoch Times.
Canada eventually approved both types of mRNA capture from Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna, as well as Janssen's vector-based COVID vaccine. Canada also approved the AstraZeneca COVID vaccine, which never received approval in the US and was only approved for a very short time in Europe before regulators pulled it from the market for causing blood clots and heart disease.
The NCI report says every approved COVID vaccine in Canada was approved using a "subjective test," meaning bureaucrats simply decided the benefits outweighed the risks and gave the shots the go-ahead.
"This cannot be an appropriate standard for approving a drug that the government intends to administer to the entire population," the report said. "It's hard to imagine a less scientific test for drug approval than the one in the interim order."
Even when evidence was later presented showing that COVID vaccines are dangerous, the interim order process used in Canada to approve the injections never prevented those licenses from being revoked.
"Once a temporary injunction is issued, the standard food and drug regulations no longer apply," explains Arthappully.\
