Health officials want return to pandemic-era masking

Federal health officials are once again telling Canadians to mask up indoors, while local officials are examining a return to mask mandates.

In an update on Thursday, Canada’s chief public health officer Theresa Tam said multiple layers of “protection” will be needed in the coming weeks to reduce the impact of a fall surge of COVID-19 and influenza, echoing pandemic-era comments.

“Although no individual layer of protection is perfect, when used consistently and together, vaccine plus layers can provide excellent protection against COVID-19 as well as other infectious diseases we may encounter,” Tam said.

Canada’s provinces dropped their mask mandates earlier this year. No provinces currently have a mask mandate.

But Toronto’s public health board has told Ontario’s province’s top doctor to “urgently explore” reinstating mask mandates, beginning with local schools. Dr. Kieran Moore has said a decision on masking could come within a few weeks.

Alberta is likely safe from mask mandates, as its new Premier, Danielle Smith, campaigned for the party leadership on promises to do away with COVID-19 restrictions. She recently said she won’t permit masking for kindergarten to grade 12 students.

Tam, meanwhile, also wants Canadians to remain up to date on their COVID boosters.

Data released mid-October shows 83% of Canadians have not received a COVID vaccine in six months or more.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has already threatened to take away Canadians’ freedoms unless they get vaccinated regularly and keep “up-to-date” on the booster shots. 

“If we’re able to get a high enough level of vaccination, it would reduce the danger of needing to take other health measures to make sure we’re all safe and not overloading our hospitals,” Trudeau said last month.

Almost all Canadians with children under five refrained from injecting their babies. Only 1% of the 0-4 age group have completed their “primary series” of shots. Only 6.5% of toddlers in the 0-4 age group have received one shot or more.

A Canadian government lawyer leading a public inquiry on behalf of the Trudeau junta into the "Freedom Convoy" trucker protests against vaccine and  COVID-19 jailbreaks suddenly collapsed Wednesday, sparking alarm and temporarily derailing the procedure.

Gabriel Poliquin was questioning Mario Di Tommaso, Ontario's deputy attorney general, during a Public Order Emergency Committee hearing when the disturbing incident happened live.

Poliquin was standing on the podium asking Di Tommaso a question when he tried to open a bottle of water but then collapsed and fell to the floor with screams of panic echoing through the room!!!

While Poliquin was treated by emergency personnel, immediate reports noted that his current condition is "unclear."

"The paramedics came in on a wheeled stretcher and after a few minutes left carrying Poliquin, who was conscious and standing," the Toronto Star reported.

It's also unclear what exactly caused the lawyer's sudden decline, a trend seen all too often in the wake of the Covid-19 vaccine launch.

Posts on social media indicate that Poliquin has indeed received multiple shots for Covid, with a post on Twitter proudly showing it off!!!

He has a Ukrainian flag on his profile!!!

Καναδός κυβερνητικός δικηγόρος, ο οποίος διεξήγαγε μια δημόσια έρευνα εκ μέρους της χουντοκυβέρνησης του Τριντό σχετικά με τις διαδηλώσεις των φορτηγατζήδων «Freedom Convoy» εναντίον των μέτρων στέρησης της ελευθερίας για τα εμβόλια και τον COVID, κατέρρευσε ξαφνικά την Τετάρτη, προκαλώντας συναγερμό και εκτροχιάζοντας προσωρινά την διαδικασία.

Ο Gabriel Poliquin ανέκρινε τον Mario Di Tommaso, αναπληρωτή γενικό δικηγόρο του Οντάριο, κατά τη διάρκεια μιας ακρόασης της Επιτροπής Έκτακτης Ανάγκης Δημόσιας Τάξης όταν συνέβη το ανησυχητικό περιστατικό σε ζωντανή μετάδοση.

Ο Poliquin στεκόταν στο βάθρο καθώς έκανε μια ερώτηση στον Di Tommaso, όταν προσπάθησε να ανοίξει ένα μπουκάλι νερό, αλλά στην συνέχεια σωριάστηκε και έπεσε στο πάτωμα με κραυγές πανικού να αντηχούν στην αίθουσα!!!

Ενώ ο Poliquin υποβλήθηκε σε θεραπεία από άτομα έκτακτης ανάγκης, οι άμεσες αναφορές σημείωσαν ότι η τρέχουσα κατάστασή του «δεν είναι ξεκάθαρη».

«Οι νοσηλευτές μπήκαν με ένα τροχήλατο φορείο και μετά από λίγα λεπτά έφυγαν μεταφέροντας τον Poliquin, ο οποίος είχε τις αισθήσεις του και ήταν όρθιος», ανέφερε το Toronto Star .

Επίσης, δεν είναι ξεκάθαρο τι ακριβώς προκάλεσε την ξαφνική πτώση του δικηγόρου, μια τάση που παρατηρείται πολύ συχνά στον απόηχο της κυκλοφορίας του εμβολίου για τον Covid-19.

Οι αναρτήσεις στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης υποδεικνύουν ότι ο Poliquin έχει πράγματι λάβει πολλές ενέσεις για τον Covid, με μια ανάρτησή του στο Twitter να το επιδεικνύει περήφανα!!!

Στο προφίλ του έχει και σημαία της Ουκρανίας!!!
