Trudeau urged to fire 'lying' minister
as Freedom Convoy fallout continues

Conservative MP Pierre Poilievre has called on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to fire Public Safety Minister Marco Mendicino for "misleading" the public.
Mr Poilievre said Mr Mendicino lied in relation to the government enacting the highly controversial Emergencies Act to quell this year's Freedom Convoy protests.
Mr Mendicino has been asked to stand down after he wrongly claimed the government was acting on the advice of law enforcement when Justin Trudeau invoked the Emergencies Act.
